Here’s what’s included:
2 weekly Personalized Training sessions (a program tailored around your goals that are tracked & monitored for progress)
6 daily times slots to choose from Monday - Thursday to make sure you are getting your sessions completed
1 - 2 weekly Group Training sessions to get extra training in that fits your schedule
Group Training schedule available Sundays - Fridays with Saturdays off to recover & relax
40 - 45 minute sessions for efficient, effective training
Nutrition Program that is easy to follow and catered to burning fat all day
Ongoing Coaching & Accountability
Before & After Assessments along with our Fit Test to measure progress
