For the summer, our Group Training sessions will be as follows:

Sunday Boot Camp

Monday Upper Body & Cardio

Tuesday Core & Cardio

Wednesday Lower Body & Cardio

Thursday HIIT Core

Friday Circuit (20 stations)

There are a total of 16 weekly sessions.  Our sessions times are:

Sunday 8 am

Monday, Wednesday, & Thursday 5:45 am 10 am & 5:30 pm

Tuesday 5:45 am 6:30 am* 10 am & 5:30 pm

Friday 5:45 am & 10 am

😁 Tuesday mornings have an extra session at 6:30 am that is open to all clients for Core! 😁

 

Our Semi-Private/Combo Training sessions are as follows:

There are currently 22 available time slots limited to 6 per session!

Monday 5:45 am 6:30 am 9 am 10 am 11 am 5:30 pm 6:00 pm

Tuesday By appointment only!*

*Semi-Private sessions scheduled outside the normal schedule may be subject to an additional training fee.*
