Your monthly investment into our online program for one month will be less than most one-on-one personal training sessions.
How often do you think you would message an in-person trainer? Well, with our online training, you can message us at any time. You can do it through the mobile app or you can text/call your trainer. Your trainer will be routinely checking in on you through the app.

Anyone can walk into a gym and start throwing weight around. What muscle group should you train first? Why should you do certain exercises before others? Your trainer uses science and experience to give you the most effective workout saving you time from trying to figure everything out yourself. We give you structure and a plan.
Motivation & Accountability
While you do need to be more self-motivated to get yourself going, your trainer is just a click away, so if you need a push you can always reach out. A good trainer will be messaging you on a weekly basis to make sure you are completing your workouts!
Your workouts will be tracked by repetitions, weight, and/or amount of time an exercise is performed. There is a nutrition component included that you can link to your My Fitness Pal to see how you are doing with your eating habits! You can even track your personal statistics like bodyweight, measurements, etc.
What are the disadvantages?
Some people feel online training may be a safety issue. If you've never performed an exercise, how can we be sure you are doing it correctly? With our online app there are video demos with each exercise to help guide you. There is also a Notes section where we can write personal messages to remind you of rep schemes or how to perform an exercise. You can also record yourself performing an exercise and send to us to review.
