Arman Eckelbarger hasn’t bottled the fabled Fountain of Youth, but he has perfected what he feels is a fitness/lifestyle regimen that allows adults to maintain and sustain their bodies as they age.

Eckelbarger, an Age Management coach with more than 23 years of experience, owns Trinity Ultimate Fitness in Pasco County, FL, and serves as a consultant for the Medical Advisory Board at Trim Nutrition.

Certified by the National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association, he is a personal trainer, corporate wellness consultant and age management coach.

Eckelbarger has worked tirelessly for more than two decades to help prepare clients for maintaining peak physical condition by educating them on the practices, procedures and performance metrics that he personally has used and found successful.

“Because I’m older, I know how things are working, as far as energy systems, because I’m going through it,” he says. “The thing is, what my premise is, if you’re a successful person, making good money and enjoying life, how long do you want that to last? If you want that to last longer, these are the skills I believe. I make sure it works on me before I teach it to anyone.”

For seventeen years, Eckelbarger worked with a variety of fitness organizations and chains, including Gold’s Gym, Australian Body Works, Lifestyle Family Fitness Centers (which were both purchased by LA Fitness), and as an independent consultant to craft a revolutionary capitation-priced formula that created corporate wellness programs for more than 700 employers, including Alston & Bird Law Firm, H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center, Pitney Bowes, BellSouth and more.

In 2011, he decided to start working with people on training and nutrition at different locations and in 2015 he formed Trinity Ultimate Fitness where he launched his own personal fitness/wellness brand designed to educate and empower professionals as they age.

He is an internationally-recognized wellness speaker, having talked to health clubs and fitness associations across the U.S. and the globe, including the IHRSA (International Health & Racquet Sports Club Association), Club Industry, Bodylife and the International Health Club Association.

And he has studied extensively on maintaining and extending personal health and fitness, using that knowledge to craft unique age-management programs that incorporate daily workouts with specialized diets and supplements for clients wanting to regain peak performance and take their personal progress to a new level.

With Trim Nutrition, Eckelbarger promotes and endorses the Carb Revolution program, and works with the Trim Nutrition medical team to develop best-practice programs for age and disease management.
